Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to announce the successful sale of the 1990 Rustler 36 ‘TALWYN’.

The Rustler 36, designed by Holman & Pye over 30 years ago has carved itself an enviable reputation as an elegant, long keeled offshore cruising yacht. With examples of the design cruising in all parts of the globe the yachts are now sought after by those aspiring to set off on serious offshore adventures.

A much loved example of the class the Rustler 36 TALWYN completed a circumnavigation in a previous ownership. The current owner has enjoyed adventures around the UK before settling on the west coast of Scotland where she had spent many years cruising the coast and Islands. Now reluctantly offered for sale as her owner ‘swallows the anchor’ her extensive inventory includes:

  • Hull finished in original white gelcoat, professionally polished spring 2023.
  • Hull finished below waterline with conventional antifouling, applied spring 2023

Lying ashore the Rustler 36 TALWYN will be recommissioned by her new owner in the next couple of weeks before heading south to her new home waters of the Solent. This coming winter she will be re-fitted ready to head off in the summer of 2024 with her new owner on another circumnavigation.
