The SEAMASTER 925 was designed by Holeman and Pye in the early 1970's, in production from 1972 through until the early 1980's In total over 170 SEAMASTER 925's were built by Seamaster LTD. The company has a reputation for working with the leading designers of the time, building high quailty yachts which all had a reputation for being well mannered and rewarding to sail. The SEAMASTER 925 was no exception, a Sailing Today review noting '....although and older design, this boat was way ahead of its time in many ways and offers good value for money.'
Built-in 1974 MUSETTA is an earlier example of the class which has enjoyed extensive upgrading in recent years. She offers accommodation for a total of 6 below decks with 3 excellent sea-berth. Inventory highlights include:

Seamaster's were known for the high quality of build. At over 40 years old the condition of the finish below decks is a testament to the quality of the construction and the materials used. Joinery units are all formed of solid hardwood and teak veneered plywood; finished in a varnish. Soleboards have been replaced throughout with plywood finished with a teak and holly effect laminate.
Description of accommodation from forward:

Forepeak - Two single berths in V-berth configuration. Infill section to create double bunk. Cave locker, port and starboard, forward overhead. Bin type locker beneath bunks, aft section accessible without lifting bunk cushions. Single large opening deck hatch.
Heads - Hinged door between saloon and heads. Clever bi-folding door to isolate compartment from forepeak. Aft facing manual marine toilet to port with wash hand basin and countertop outboard, vanity unit above. Hanging locker with the additional storage locker to starboard.
Saloon - U-shaped settee to port, bench settee to starboard. U-shaped settee converting to a single or occasional double with the table dropped. Bench settee converting to single. Both bunks fitted with lee-cloths. Pilot berth above seat back, outboard of starboard settee, trotter box extending length of bunk forward. Centrally located, double drop leaf saloon table. Storage lockers above seat back outboard to port, cave lockers behind seat backs.
Galley - To starboard of companionway. L-shaped galley. Gimbal mounted gas cooker forward. Worktop and inset stainless steel sink aft. Drawers below worktop aft of cooker, locker beneath sink. Lockers outboard of cooker with sliding doors.
Chart Table / 1/4 Berth - To port of companioway. Fold-up chart table at forward end, plotter and VHF mounted on deck head. 1/4 berth extending aft from chart table.
