Belliure 48MY CARMEN C

Mark Cameron Yachts is delighted to announce the successful sale of the Belliure 48 MY ‘CARMEN C’.

A proper little ship. With spacious accommodation for 6 CARMEN C is everything you would expect from a little ship with an internal bridge deck and full-sized engine room. Fitted out in 2000 and purchased new by the current owner from the factory in 2001 CARMEN C has been based on Scotland’s west coast since 2002. Making passage under her own hull from the Mediterranean north via Biscay she has proven herself to be a capable, comfortable and safe boat. Predictable and easy to manoeuvre in port.

Benefitting from re-fitting and re-wiring in 2015 her inventory highlights include:

  • Awlgrip two-pack painted topsides
  • Allpa fly-by-wire engine controls (2015)
  • Vetus bowthruster (2015)
  • New Engine, Domestic, Generator and Bow Thruster batteries (2015)
  • Onan 9.5Kva generator.
  • HotPot 75ltr hot water tank.
  • New Xantrex 240V battery chargers (2015)
  • Bosch washing machine (2015)
  • Canvas work replaced (2015)
  • New fitted carpets throughout (2016)

With her walk around decks and sensible layout she is ideally suited to comfortable coastal cruising. Currently afloat and in commission.

BUILDER’S COMMENTS:

The philosophy of the BELLIURE 48 is a well-equipped and extremely strong and comfortable semi-displacement cruiser.

She displays the characteristics and aesthetics of this type of boat, with features that reflect the classic elegance and exquisite finishes of BELLIURE yachts.

With sufficient cruising speed, she has a generous operating radius, which allows for long crossings and extended voyages without need to enter port.
