Mark Cameron Yachts is delighted to announce the successful sale of the Hallberg-Rassy 36MkII ‘LADY KATE’

The Hallberg-Rassy 36 is arguably one of the companies most successful designs with over 600 hulls produced during a 14 year production run. The MkII was introduced in 1994 to modernise the well proven design, improve comfort and provide increased volume below decks. Since their introduction, the Hallberg-Rassy 36MkII has proven to be an ideal family coastal cruising yacht, small enough to be easily handled by a single-handed sailer while large enough to be capable to blue water cruising in comfort.

LADY KATE is a lovingly maintained example presented in ready to launch condition with a comprehensive inventory, reluctantly offered for sale because of owner mobility problems. With significant upgrading in recent years her inventory highlights include:

• New Sidepower SE80/185T, twin prop Bow Thruster fitted 2016.
• Timing belt replaced on engine 2020.

• Guardwires re-worked with gates port and starboard, using HR parts 2016.

Currently lying ashore LADY KATE will be remaining ashore in Creran Marine until the spring of 2021 when her new owners will launch her to cruise the Western Isles before heading south to her new home in the South East of England.
