Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to announce the successful sale of the Westerly Merlin ‘ROMA’.
The Westerly Merlin was the second of the new generation models to come from the board of Ed Dubois. Smaller than her predecessor; the high successful Konsort, the Merlin is regarded by many to provide the superior below decks living space with a light and spacious interior they provide a good sized double bunk aft with the same V-berth forward and two occasional berths in the saloon. With the new designs came a better turn of speed under sail and this small Westerly is more than capable of outperforming her bigger sisters.
Well maintained throughout the current ownership ROMA’s inventory includes:
- Beta Marine Beta 20 engine (2009)
- Recent canvas work replacement (2017)
- Saturn Sails mainsail (2013)
