Trader 41 ‘UNION PACIFIC’ – SOLD

Trader Motoryacht Brokerage

Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to announce the successful sale of the 1982 Trader 41 ‘UNION PACIFIC VI’.

The Trader range of motorcruisers has built a loyal following over many years. The cavernous interior ideally suited to those looking to cruise as a family or with guests aboard. Built in Taiwan the interior finish is of a high quality with acres of teak veneered plywood finished in a rich varnish.

The Trader 41 UNION PACIFIC IV has not been with her current owner for long. The split level layout however has proved to not be ideal with her owner being over 80. She is now reluctantly offered for sale. Her Inventory includes:

  • 2x Ford Watermota 120hp, 6 cylinder marine diesel engines
  • 2x Borg Warner Velvet Drive gearboxes
  • Morse twin lever engine controls at both helm stations
  • 230VAC shorepower system
  • New domestic batteries installed 2020
  • Cetrek 230VAC – 12VDC battery charger
  • Raymarine ST60 TriData depth/speed/log instrument
  • Navico radar
  • Furuno GP31 GPS
  • Silva S15 DSCVHF
  • Stainless steel davits
  • Suzumar inflatable dinghy with 4hp Mercury outboard
  • Lofrans electric anchor windlass

Wintering afloat in her berth at Craobh Marina the Trader 41 UNION PACIFIC IV is going to be hauled ashore for maintenance before being commissioned and launched for a season cruising the west coast and islands of Scotland with her new owners. We wish them calm seas for their first season afloat.
