Mark Cameron Yachts is delighted to announce the succesful sale of the She 33 ‘SHEARWATER OF EMSWORTH’.
Designed by legendary Naval Architects Sparkman & Stephens the She 33 was introduced in the 1/2Ton class during 1978 with cruising and racing versions available. As you would expect with any design from the board of Sparkman & Stephens the boat is very capable under sail and has earned a reputation for excellent sea keeping in the harshest of environments. The design proving itself capable of ocean sailing in the worst of conditions during the horrendous 1979 Fastnet Race.
SHEARWATER is a well-presented example of the class. Continually upgraded and maintained to the highest standard throughout the current ownership. She is offered in sail away condition her inventory highlights include:
- Beta Marine BD722, 20hp diesel engine installed new 2009
- Standing rigging fully replaced 2010
- Mainsail by Saturn Sails, new 2014
- Pressurised hot and cold water.
- Webasto wet system heating.
