Designed by legendary Naval Architects Sparkman & Stephens the She 33 was introduced in the 1/2Ton class during 1978 with cruising and racing versions available. As you would expect with any design from the board of Sparkman & Stephens the boat is very capable under sail and has earned a reputation for excellent sea keeping in the harshest of environments. The design proving itself capable of ocean sailing in the worst of conditions during the horrendous 1979 Fastnet Race.
SHEARWATER is a well-presented example of the class. Continually upgraded and maintained to the highest standard throughout the current ownership. She is offered in sail away condition her inventory highlights include:
Providing comfortable accommodation below decks with lots of storage throughout, a large deep cockpit and easily handled rig; the boat is ideally suited to family sailing while more than capable of decent performance in passage races.
Purchased by a local couple as the first family yacht she will provide their young son with an ideal platform to get used to life afloat. We look forward to seeing her in local waters.
We have buyers actively seeking high-quality cruising yachts and motorboats. If you are considering selling your boat please get in touch. Find full details of the brokerage services we can provideĀ here
