Mark Cameron Yachts is delighted to announce the successful sale of the Scampi 30 ‘FRITE’.

The Scampi 30 class was designed by Peter Norlin and built by Albin Marine to compete in the then-popular Half Tonner class. Optimised to meet the rules her distinctive hull shape makes the class instantly recognisable. A popular design for those competing in the class the Scampi 30 proved to be very capable. Lighter than her stablemate the Albin Ballad she delivers better sailing performance to windward. With a practical interior layout and plenty of storage they now offer cruisers a rewarding small cruiser capable of quick offshore passages.

In the current ownership for the last 2 decades, FRITE has been professionally maintained throughout this time with continuous upgrading and replacement of equipment. Sold with a complete inventory ready to launch and go sailing she appealed to first-time sailors. We are delighted to see the boat now in the hands of a young family who will be taking their first step into the world of boat ownership and sailing. Hopefully they will get the same amount of fun as her previous owners.
