Rival 32 ‘Bellerophon’ – SOLD

Rival 32

We are delighted to announce the successful sale of the Rival 32 ‘Bellerophon’.

Designed by Peter Brett in the early 1970’s the Rival 32 proved to be a very capable offshore cruising design. Many examples going on to complete extended blue water cruising passages. In total around 200 hulls were constructed during the model’s production run. The class is still held in high regard by those looking for a dependable cruising yacht capable of reliable heavy weather sailing.

BELLEROPHON, named after one of Nelson’s fleet in the Battle of Trafalgar benefits from upgrading during the current ownership. Upgrades include recently installed Beta B35 engine, re-wiring of the boat with new switch panels and Garmin plotter. We are pleased to see the boat remaining in Argyll with her new owner and look forward to seeing her on the water in 2019.
