PRICE REDUCTION – 2007 Apreamare Maestro 51 – THE MAGICIAN
Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to a new, reduced asking price for the 2007 Apreamare Maestro 51 – THE MAGICIAN.
Apreamare can trace its roots back to 1849 when Giovanni Aprea built his first boat in Sorrento, Italy. Originally building commercial fishing vessels in the years following World War II the focus moved to pleasure craft. Now in the fifth generation of the family, the yard has a well-established reputation for producing high-quality vessels to innovative modern designs.
The modern take on trawler yacht styling, with its vertical windscreen stands the Apreamare Maestro 51 apart from the crowd in any marina. While the design has a reassuring appearance it’s a hull that’s designed to perform with its raked stem, flared bow sections and deep-v hull form; which sees the hull run aft under the swimming platform. Internally the large saloon windows and wrap-around windscreen flood the living space with natural light. Three cabins, two with en-suite heads access provide comfortable accommodation with the galley boasting a 4 ring cooker and dishwasher.
A credit to her owner the Appreamare Maestro 51 ‘THE MAGICIAN’ is presented for sale in fantastic condition; benefitting from a minor re-fit being completed in 2021. Believed to be the only example of the class in the UK she represents a rare opportunity to acquire a UK tax-paid example of this sleek Italian-designed motoryacht. Her inventory highlights include:

This magnificent example of the Apreamare Maestro 51 is lying on her berth in Craobh Marina and available for viewing strictly by prior appointment.
‘In a world of motoryachts that are all sleek flowing lines with sloping windscreens, the Maestro stands out as a rebel. A vertical windscreen immediately sets this design apart from the others, a nod, perhaps, to Apreamare’s traditional workboat heritage. Yet there’s still the sophisticated Ferretti sensibility that has come to be a hallmark…..
Don’t make the mistake of thinking that this good-looking boat shirks on performance. It works very well at sea. In the short steep seas encountered off the South of France where we ran the sea trial, the Maestro lived up to its name. It performed well, coping with conditions in a way that made you feel it was a much larger yacht………
Now I love the concept. It works well, it performs predictably, and it has considerable character and charm, features so often lacking in modern designs. The Maestro may not fall comfortably into a single neat category with its blend of trawler and sports yacht. But like a conductor who brings together an entire orchestra, the whole, in this case, is definitely more than the sum of its parts.’
