New Listing – Westerly Fulmar ‘Sarakiniko’

Westerly Fulmar

Introduced in 1980. The Fulmar 32 was the second design for Westerly by Ed Dubois. A step change from her predecessors. With her fractional rig and performance orientated design she was a relatively high-performance cruising yacht for her day. The main production run of the Fulmar 32 ended in 1992 with over 400 built. The Fulmar proved to be a very attractive and successful cruising design. Examples are still in-use today as sailing school and charter boats. A testament to their combination of vice-free handling and robust construction.

In the same family ownership since 1985. SARAKINIKO is a much-loved bilge keel example. In need of some tidying and modernisation below decks. She benefits from having some significant investment in recent years, highlights include:

  • New Yanmar 3YM30 engine, professionally installed 2015
  • Coachroof portlights replaced with completely new items in 2017
  • Headlinings in saloon replaced 2017, forepeak 2000.
  • LED lighting in saloon installed 2017

A project with great potential. Find full details here
