New Listing – Seastream 34 ‘PAVANE’

Mark Cameron Yachts is delighted to have been appointed to act in the sale of the Seastream 34 ‘PAVANE’.

The Seastream 34 was ahead of its time in many respects. The combination of a good sailing hull with a deck saloon superstructure being a rare thing in the 1970’s. Now regarded by many as a modern classic the deck saloon design complete with internal helm station is ideally suited to cruising in the waters of Scotland. Keeping the crew warm and dry, extending the season into the colder autumn months can be done without undue discomfort.

PAVANE has enjoyed a significant amount of refitting and upgrading since 2016; particularly with regards to her mechanical and electrical systems. Sadly offered for sale due to a family bereavement she offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a  nice example of the class in need of some light TLC to finish the project. Her inventory highlights include:

• Ketch rig, roller reefing genoa, on-mast roller reefing mainsail, slab reefing mizzen.
• Volvo Penta D2-40, professionally recondition engine, installed 2017.
• Volvo Penta MS16 A-B mechanical gearbox, fitted new 2018
• Sterngear overhaul in 2018 including new shaft, prop and cutlass bearing.
• Steering gear strip down and overhaul, gearbox and pedestal rebuilt.
• 240VAC and 12VDC systems complete re-wire in 2018
• New batteries fitted in 2017.
• Tubular davits fitted on transom.
