A well presented example of this eye catching Holeman & Pye design, the flagship of the Oyster fleet at the time of her launch. The Oyster 68 proved to be a huge success for the company, offered on a semi-custom basis no two boats built were identical. Just 12 boats were built before the design was revised and launched as the Oyster 70.
MOONSHADOW OF LORNE was subject to a major re-fit in 2008/09 which included topsides and superstructure re-finishing, new teak decks, complete machinery overhaul prior to purchase by the current . She has been in the current ownership for almost a decade and during that time has been lovingly maintained and upgrade. Currently MCA CAT 2 Coded for 12 guests and 2 crew MOONSHADOW OF LORNE is operating as a highly successful luxury skippered charter business on Scotland’s west coast.
