Designed by Bill Dixon the Moody Eclipse 33 was a joint venture between Moody Marketing, Marine Projects Ltd and Marine Development Ltd which resulted in 3 different models of the Eclipse range going into production. The Eclipse 33 is the smallest variation and proved to be a very popular design when in production between 1986 & 1994, the strong demand is still evident in today’s second hand market. Based on a sailing yacht hull the Eclipse designs offer real on the water performance under sail when compared with other deck saloon and motor sailor offerings.
The Moody Eclipse 33 ‘MEGGIE MOO’ is a well presented MkI version of the design, with the full internal helm station including wheel steering example. She has enjoyed regular upgrading through the current ownership and is now recluctantly offered for sale her inventory includes highlights such as:
