Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to have been appointed to act in the sale of the Mitchell 31 MkIII ‘LOWENNA’.

One of the last Mitchell 31 MkIII’s built LOWENNA has an exceptionally high specification for the class. A classic semi-displacement design providing economy and excellent sea keeping qualities. Well kept and presented she is offered in sail away condition with a full inventory. The Mitchell 31 hull is well proven and highly respected after nearly 40 years in production. The MkIII version of the Mitchell 31 being the last incarnation of the popular design proved popular and versatile with many being built for commercial operators.

LOWENNA is one of the last Mitchell 31 MkIII hulls to be built. Commissioned for a private owner she has an exceptionally high level of finish; designed as a fully loaded, capable coastal cruiser. Offering comfortable accommodation for a couple with an additional occasional double berth to accommodate guests when required. With her full cockpit cover the spacious aft deck provides additional living space when cruising.
