We are delighted to have been appointed to act in the sale of the Hallberg-Rassy 36Mk II, Scandinavian ‘ATHERINA’.
The Hallberg-Rassy 36 is arguably one of the companies most successful designs. Over 600 hulls produced during a 14-year production run. The MkII, introduced in 1994 modernised the well-proven design, improved comfort and provided increased volume below decks. Since their introduction, the HR36 has proven to be an ideal family coastal cruising yacht, small enough to be easily handled by a single-handed sailor while large enough to be capable to blue water cruising in comfort.
ATHERINA is a later ‘Scandinavian’ version of the class, boasting as standard many of the features offered as expensive optional extras in earlier built examples. Commissioned from new by the current owners she has been specified for short-handed offshore cruising. Inventory highlights include:
The boat was surveyed for insurance purposes during the spring of 2019, a full copy along with over 200 additional images are available upon request.
