Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to have been appointed to act in the sale of the 2004 Beneteau First 44.7 ‘LISA’.
The Beneteau First 44.7 was a development of the original First 40 design from Farr Yacht Design. Building on the success of that design and listing to feedback from experienced owners the First 44.7 was a natural evolution. A club racer, highly capable around the cans the builders also focused on the comfort of crew below decks for those owners who simply enjoy performance cruising.
With an impressive record of races wins behind her the Beneteau First 44.7 LISA is now in cruising trim. The spacious 3 double cabin layout below offering comfortable accommodation for a crew/family of 6 with an additional occasional double berth in the saloon. With a comprehensive inventory LISA would make an ideal spacious cruiser for a family who want to be competitive in the occasional regatta or passage race. Her extensive inventory includes highlights such:

The First 44.7 is a “club racer” with its sleek, balanced lines. Its design, by Farr Yacht Design, really makes it stand out in racing, on any point of sailing and in any type of weather, year after year. For fast cruising enthusiasts, the First 44.7 excels in its easy handling, its sensitivity at the helm and the safety it affords, even when short-handed. Its formidable performance, its standard equipment of the highest quality and its timeless elegance make this 44’ footer unique in the world of cruiser racers.
Wood and upholstery in light colours, spotlights integrated in the deckhead… the accommodation has been designed with a focus on space, ease of movement and comfort. The very refined, though curvaceous, style is evidence of this. The saloon bench seat can be moved under the table to enable the passage of sail bags and furling the spinnaker as far forward as the forecabin.
