The Hunter Legend 27 offers a great combination of an easily handled sail plan with all lines run aft, a spacious cockpit which is well protected from the weather and a spacious living space below decks. The backstay less fractional rig has proven very capable and permits the used of a mainsail with a larger than normal roach, providing improved performance and balancing for the sail plan. Her in-mast roller reefing mainsail and roller reefing genoa making sail handling easy and safe, all done from the cockpit.

A double-keeled example of the Hunter Legend 27 BLUE LEGEND has been with her current owners since 2016 and has proven to be the ideal yacht for coastal cruising. Now reluctantly for sale as her owners retired from sailing, her inventory highlights include:
