Designed by Martin Sadler in 1983, the Sadler 34 was a progression of the Sadler 32, which originated from David Sadler’s immensely popular Contessa 32 design. Over a fourteen-year production run, approximately 250 hulls were built with a large variety of keel configurations available. Encompassing the qualities of the earlier designs from Messer’s Sadler, the 34 proved to be a well-mannered and easily handled yacht, capable of making quick and comfortable passages.
