NEW LISTING – 1980 67′ Converted MFV ‘HIGHLAND LASSIE’

Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to have been appointed to act in the sale of the 1980 67′ Converted MFV ‘HIGHLAND LASSIE’.

Originally built as the Flagrant Cloud PD233 by Bangor Ship Yard, Northern Ireland and launched in 1980 as the construction of traditional MFV hulls in timber was coming to an end. The boat was based in Peterhead throughout its working life, becoming the Scotia in the 1990’s before being retired from commercial operations. Purchased by her current owner in 2008 the boat has been a labour of love as she is converted to 5 double cabin (plus crew quarters) mini cruise ship. With all works completed by professional tradesmen, under the supervision of a marine surveyor, the workmanship throughout being to the highest standards.

Now called HIGHLAND LASSIE the boat is lying on the Caledonian Canal at Dochgarroch. In need of some finish works to gain her sea-going commercial coding she is offered for sale at a fraction of the cost of the works to date. Offering an excellent opportunity to acquire a vessel which could be easily coded and in commercial operation for the 2023 season; with the potential to generate between £20-£25,000 per week in charter fees.
