At least two Lorne Class yachts have crossed the Bay of Biscay, one reaching British Columbia.
Number three of the class, ELFIN OF LORNE has been lovingly maintained over the years and continually in commission. The layout of each McGruer Lorne Class was bespoke to the commissioning owner’s requirements. Offering three adult berths and a child’s pipecot, ELFIN OF LORNE is equipped to a high standard throughout, having been the subject of much upgrading in recent years. Her inventory highlights include:
Lying afloat on her mooring near Shieldaig in the Western Highlands of Scotland the McGruer Lorne Class, ELFIN of LORNE is available for viewing by prior appointment.
