Nauticat 33 ‘Gambrinus’ – SOLD

Nauticat Ketch 33 MkII

We are delighted to announce the successful sale of the Nauticat 33 Ketch ‘Gambrinus’ lying ashore in Donaghdee, Northern Ireland.

The Nauticat 33 was the design which propelled Nauticat into mass production boat building. Proving to be immensely popular around the world the model had a production run spanning almost 20 years before making way for the new Nauticat 331. Offering a huge amount of living space for a vessel of just 10 meters in length the design found favour with cruisers and liveaboards alike.
GAMBRINUS has been significantly upgraded in the last two ownerships with highlights including:

  • Relatively modern Yanmar 4JH2-DTE 88hp marine diesel engine.
  • Full deck replacement with synthetic teak decking and capping rail.
  • Recent upholstery replacement throughout the accommodation space.
  • New gas system installed and galley stove service, current test certificate aboard.
  • Raymarine Axiom 7 Multifunction 7” Chartplotter with Navionics charts. (New June 2018)
  • Cobra Marine DSCVHF with new antenna and cabling. (Installed new June 2018)

With a new owner already bolstering her inventory ready to head off on his own adventures from the boats current base in Northern Ireland; we look forward to seeing her back on the West Coast of Scotland sometime soon.
