Mark Cameron Yachts were delighted to assist with the sale of the Hallberg-Rassy 29 ‘GREBE’.

A private sale, already agreed between the vendor and purchaser we were engaged to provide conveyancing services for the final stages of the sale. Our services including:

• Checking of title documentation
• Production of professional ABYA Sale and Purchase Agreement
• Production of Contractual Inventory
• Use of Clients Account facility for all monies in relation to the sale
• Production of Bill of Sale
• Legal Transfer of Title

With the purchaser based remotely to the vessel and travel restrictions preventing a handover in person our conveyancing services provided security for all parties whilst ensuring the legal title to the vessel was transferred with all supporting paperwork.
