A development of the original Redbay wrap-around console designs and the full GRP cabin versions of the larger 11m Redbay RIBS the Redbay 8.4 Expedition is highly capable, compact offshore cruising RIB.
Taking features from the larger Stormforce designs she features a hardnose; important as a safety feature when cruising offshore in large seas where it reduces the risk of de-tubing. This design feature also allows the incorporation of an anchor locker and secure forward mooring point. Internally the layout forward features two compact berths and a full sea toilet. The GRP cabin with toughened glass, wrap-around windscreen provides excellent all-round vision while providing maximum protection while at sea.
