1997 Forgus 37 – BOREALIS – SOLD
Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to announce the successful sale of the 1997 Forgus 37 ‘BOREALIS’.
Based on the Swedish island of Orust; the home of Swedish boat building, the Forgus Yacht yard shares its DNA with yachts from the likes of Hallberg-Rassy, Najad and Malo. The flagship model of the yard and their designer Hugo Samuelsson, the Forgus 37, was conceived to compete with the immensely popular 36’ yachts from Hallberg-Rassy and Najad.
With her centre cockpit layout and distinctive Scandinavian appearance, the Forgus 37 follows a well-proven formula. Below decks she offers two double cabins with a large open plan saloon. With her current owners for almost two decades, the Forgus 37 BOREALIS has been a much-loved family boat. Cruising the coasts of Ireland and Scotland extensively she is a common sight in anchorages.
BOREALIS is now in Swedish ownership and will be returning to Sweden shortly, where she will undergo a full refit and modernisation program before heading off on some blue water adventures with her current owners.
