Mark Cameron Yachts are delighted to announce the successful sale of the 1985 Victoria 30 ‘CHARITY’

Designed in the late 1970’s by American yacht designer Chuck Paine the Victoria 30 has enjoyed production runs with builders on both sides of the Atlantic and has built a loyal following of owners and admirers. The design is unmistakably traditional with a full canoe body, full-length deep keel and canoe stern creating a very sea-kindly hull form which performs well in all weathers.

CHARITY has been cherished by her current owners who have maintained the boat in a fastidious manner. During the currently ownership she has benefitted from constant maintenance and upgrading. Now reluctantly offered for sale she is presented in excellent condition with her inventory featuring highlights such as:

• Underwater hull epoxy coated from new and re-epoxied in 2013
• Topsides finished with original off-white gelcoat with green painted sheerband
• Laid teak decks, renovated fully in 2014.
• Portlights removed, serviced and re-bedded in 2011.
• Deck hatches removed, re-glazed, serviced and re-bedded in 2011.
• Beta 25 marine diesel engine installed 2016 with just 77 hours running recorded.
• Single engine driven alternator, 70amp
• Sterling Power Products ProPower Q invertor
• Plastimo Neptune 2500, two burner, grill and oven. (2007).
• Jabsco manual marine toilet (2007)
• Webasto diesel fired blown air system (2010)
• Full standing rigging replacement in 2005

• Rocna Vulan anchor (2015) on chain rode. Chain replaced 2011.

With her new owner based in Italy CHARITY will be staying in Ardfern for the autumn before starting her long trip south to her new home water of the Italian coast. We wish her new owner many happy hours of sailing in this fantastically well presented yacht.
