1979 Contessa 28 – ELISE – SOLD

Mark Cameron Yachts are pleased to announce the successful sale of the 1979 Contessa 28 ‘ELISE’.

Following the success of her older sisters the Contessa 28 came from the board of Doug Peterson and was aimed towards the cruiser racer end of the market and a move toward serious production boat building for Jeremy Rogers. The Contessa 28 being one of the first designs manufactured by Rogers to feature the internal moulding which provides structure to the hull and creates the base of the furniture units.

The Contessa 28 ELISE benefitted from significant upgrading in recent years. Freshly polished and antifouled, presented for sale ready to sail away for the 2024 season ELISE was handed over to her new owners afloat and on the mooring ready to head to her new home mooring on the Clyde.
