Description
The Hallberg-Rassy 45 was the first of the German Frers designed Hallberg-Rassy yachts and heralded the start of a new era for the boat building power house. Introduced in 1988 the design retained classic Hallberg-Rassy features and introduced the new Frers designed interiors and high-volume hull design with the now HR signature centre cockpit and spacious master cabin aft. Remaining in production until 1996 a total of 71 yachts left the factory.
The Hallberg-Rassy 45 GINNY has proven to be a reliable offshore cruiser taking her previous owners on extended cruises anywhere between the Baltic and the Red Sea. This summer her current owners enjoyed a summer cruiser south to France and along the Atlantic coast before returning North via Ireland to Oban.
