The Fisher 34 MkIII is considered by many to be the ultimate Fisher design. It offers the perfect combination of timeless aesthetics and comfortable accommodation, complemented by the enhanced performance of the sloop rig.

We sold the Fisher 34 PUFFIN of COURSE to her current owners in 2019. Wintering ashore the Fisher 34 MkIII PUFFIN of COURSE will be commissioned for a late spring launching. She is ready for immediate viewing lying ashore at Dunstaffnage Marina near Oban.

CONSTRUCTION

RCD Status:
We understand the Fisher 34 MkII is constructed to RCD category A ‘Ocean’

Hull Construction:
Single piece GRP moulded hull with full-length keel.
Polyester E-glass laminate, hand consolidated.
Gelcoat finish externally, topsides finished in green.
Skeg-supported full-depth rudder.
Hardwood imitation top strakes.
The hull finished below the waterline with red antifouling.

Deck & Superstructure Construction:
GRP moulded deck with integrated cockpit, coachroof, side decks and bulwarks.
Moulded GRP wheelhouse joined to deck moulding below window line.
Polyester E-glass laminate, hand consolidated, balsa core in the way of horizontal panels.
Gelcoat finish externally in white.
Treadmaster non-slip panels to finish side decks and cockpit seating.
