A cruiser-racer the Beneteau First 32 proved to be very popular at the time of its launch in 1980. Offering comfortable accommodation below decks for a maximum of 6 people with a spacious cockpit ideally suited to family cruising. With a full crew her powerful hull shape and masthead rig proved highly capable around the cans.
FREYA OF DUNSTAFFNAGE is very well presented example of the Beneteau First 32. Extensively upgraded in the current ownership she has been lightly used for family cruising. she is offered with a comprehensive inventory, highlights of which are:

Decks and coachroof finished with moulded non-slip textured panels.
Cockpit seating and sole finished with hardwood battens and a grating.
Port and starboard cabin windows replaced 2014.

Traditionally finished below decks. Joinery work of teak veneered plywood and solid timber, finished in a gloss varnish. Varnished teak and holly type soleboards. Hull linings in cabins finished in carpet, all new in current ownership. Hull lining in saloon of teak slats finished in varnish. Headlining finished in same carpet as hull lining, all new during current ownership.
Description of accommodation from forward.
Forepeak - Single berth on port side. In-fill section creates double bunk. Storage locker and small hanging locker on starboard side aft. Shelves running the length of the bunks overhead outboard. Single opening large deck hatch with a ventilator. New cushions and covers fitted in 2019.
Saloon - Bench settees running along port and starboard sides of saloon. Both settees converting to single berths. Lee cloths fitted for starboard bunk. Centrally mounted, double dropleaf saloon table. Bottle rack beneath table. Blue leather upholstery in saloon. Storage provided beneath bunks.
Nav Station - Forward facing chart table with dedicated forward-facing navigators seat. Radar display mounted forward, chart plotter and autopilot control mounted outboard forward. Multi-function repeater mounted outboard with DSC VHF. Chart table provides chart storage within table and bosun locker below.
Galley - L-shaped galley. Single stainless steel sink forward. Top loading coolbox located inboard of sink. Gimbal mounted gas cooker outboard aft. Storage lockers outboard of cooker, pan storage locker beneath cooker, general locker beneath sink.
Heads - Accessed aft of chart table. Forward-facing manual marine toilet mounted aft aft end of the compartment. Countertop and wash handbasin outboard. Storage lockers outboard and beneath countertop.
Aft Cabin - Compact double bunk aft. Small storage locker and standing space forward. Single opening porthole into cockpit footwell.
